Award-winning artist of the 20-stringed Hindustani slide guitar, Joel Veena, presents 'Ragas & Sagas' - a special concert featuring traditional ragas, original compositions, alongside fascinating tales from the lore of Hindustani music. He is joined at India Habitat Centre by brilliant tabla artist, Suraj Nirwan; a masterful exponent of the Delhi Gharana, celebrated teacher, songwriter, and son of tabla maestro Pt. Subhash Nirwan. These two have a long history of collaboration, having recorded together for two of Joel's albums: Unexpected Blessings (2017) and Milap (2019) and this special performance at IHC is an opportunity for audiences to hear the singular chemistry of these two artists.
